Earn up to 10% of the purchases, from every individual you refer to our website or home office.
Equi-Sential® Supplements will pay $5.00 for each new client you refer with their first purchase. For purposes of the program, the time of purchase is the time at which an order is shipped and payment for such order is received by Equi-Sential® Supplements.
Equi-Sential® Supplements will also pay you 3% of the purchases of clients you refer during the term of this program.
Equi-Sential® Supplements will increase the awards, as the volume of purchases of your referees’ increases on Equi-Sential® Supplements, per calendar quarter of the year.

For your individual affiliate's code, fill out the Affiliate's Form or call for a printed copy of the form at 1-800-697-1998. *You must provide a social security number or a business tax ID prior to receiving your first check (for tax purposes). Your personal code will then be emailed to you when you choose to be in the affiliate program. Your future referrals will just have to place your affiliate's code into the box labeled "Referral Number", on the billing section of the checkout form, and your earnings will begin. It’s that easy. Equi-Sential® supplements will pay the balance of your account quarterly; when it exceeds $25.You (the affiliate) are not considered a new customer; therefore you will not receive the initial $5 for your purchase or the percentage that would acquire from the purchase.
This program is not binding on, transferable to, or assignable to the successors or assigns of either party. This program shall be terminable at any time by Equi-Sential® Supplements. Under no circumstances will any party participating in this program be authorized to act as an agent or representative of, or to bind Equi-Sential® Supplements. The program and any rights to payment end 5 years after you refer a new client to Equi-Sential® Supplements.
